Chris is a veteran technologist with over 20 years’ experience building global, scalable platforms. He is responsible for product innovation and development at Trust Science®. Prior to joining Trust Science, Chris helped lead a team of technical engineers, computational linguists, data scientists, and language experts at VoiceBox, responsible for adding speech (ASR + NLP) across automotive (Toyota Global & Europe 2017 vehicles), mobile (Samsung S8 Bixby), set-top-box (TiVo), IoT (Delta Faucet), and Conversational AI/Chatbot (Best Buy customer support). In addition, Chris spent 10 years at Microsoft leading technical innovation spanning box hardware and OS compatibility, end-user facing applications (Enterprise & Internet) including SQL & Azure, and even 3rd party device compatibility. Prior to joining Microsoft, Chris led the incubation and product roadmap for NetFlix®. Chris holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Alberta and an MBA in Marketing from Santa Clara University. Chris is the lead or co-inventor of nine US patents.
